Describe a day in your life at Baffin
Customer Experience connects with many departments everyday to ensure the best possible customer journey. We all need to be operationally aligned on common objectives and are constantly looking for opportunities to continue to drive results.
What is your favourite Baffin memory?
I really enjoy our holiday parties. They are a great opportunity to connect with individuals I don’t work with on a day-to-day basis. The food and entertainment is also excellent.
What is your favourite Baffin product?
I love TAVERN. It has been my everyday boot this winter. My friends and family all own a version of this boot after seeing me wearing them. I’m proud to report, they love them too.
What is your favourite place in Canada to explore?
I love hiking along the Bruce Trail. I also love anywhere you can find a bike trail – one of my favourites is the Millennium Trail in Prince Edward County.
What Inspires you about the outdoors?
We tend to overcomplicate life. When I am in nature, I feel relaxed and see things in a better perspective. The best things in life are free, being surrounded by nature is truly a gift.
What is your favourite thing to do in the outdoors?
I love having a picnic in the park. Once again, very easy, inexpensive and fun. We pack some fancy sandwiches, a little wine, good tunes, good friends. What could be better?
What was your favourite Baffin testing outing?
We did a trail cleanup at Devil’s Punchbowl in late fall. Great view of the beautiful fall foliage!
